Place of stay and place of residence

Branches of the Federal Migration Service carry out registration of citizens through structural divisions in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 1995 No. 713.

Management organizations carry out the initial reception of documents from citizens for registration and deregistration at the place of stay and place of residence, prepare and transfer documents to the registration authority, and also maintain and store apartment registration cards at the place of residence.
