Tripartite agreement for the provision of services: requirements of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and specifics of the transaction
The procedure for concluding transactions involving the provision of paid services is regulated by the norms of Chapter 39 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Clause 2 art. 709 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation indicates that the rules of this chapter apply to a wide range of services provided:
- medical;
- educational;
- tourist;
- advertising;
- accounting,
- marketing, etc.
At the same time, paragraph 1 of the same article indicates the presence of two parties to this transaction: the performer (an organization that assumes responsibilities for performing certain actions) and the customer (an organization or citizen in whose interests the performer acts) who is obliged to pay for the services provided.
