Conditions for obtaining a labor veteran

• holders of the status of honorary citizen of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug or settlements of this regional subject of the Russian Federation;
• retired residents who have worked in the region for 20 years or more (weaker sex), from a quarter of a century (male population).

The list of awards for a labor veteran in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra is regulated by regulations of the federal and regional governments.

Procedure for assignment title "Veteran of Labor" 2.1. The title “Veteran of Labor” is awarded to persons awarded orders and medals, or awarded honorary titles of the USSR or the Russian Federation, or awarded departmental insignia in labor and having a work experience of at least 20 years for women and 25 years for men or the length of service required for appointment long service pensions; persons who began working as a minor during the Great Patriotic War and have a work experience of at least 40 years for men and 35 years for women.

6.1. Labor veterans of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug receive: full pension coverage in accordance with Russian legislation; additional funds for pension monthly, they are established by the local government; fifty percent discounts or financial compensation for the costs of paying for utilities (water supply, electricity, heating, garbage removal) and paying for living space, which are issued to all groups of the housing stock. This benefit applies to disabled relatives living with pensioners; incomplete payment for major house repairs; free use of medical services (treatment, implantation, etc.) at the place of residence. The exception is work using certain and expensive materials (cermets and others); full annual reimbursement of intercity trips by any type of public transport, with the exception of taxis, round trip; the opportunity to improve your health in a resort-type sanatorium once every three years for labor veterans who are no longer working. Procedure for obtaining the title

How to get a labor veteran in 2021 in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug is of interest to current and potential retirees. The algorithm is prescribed in the resolution of the government of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug under number 31-p in section 3 and includes the following steps:

1. The first thing you need to pay attention to is information about whether a particular citizen falls under this category or not. If departmental insignia when conferring the title “Veteran of Labor” are not confirmed by documents, then their confirmation will be a copy of the decree of the governor of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug on the conferment of an honorary title and encouragement.

The actions of the bodies responsible for assigning the status, if their decision is negative, can be challenged in court or at a higher institution.

Social assistance and benefits in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and Khanty-Mansiysk in 2021

1. Residents of apartment buildings older than 70 years pay only half of the full cost of major repairs. While persons over 80 years of age are completely exempt from payments.

The departments and the Social Payments Center issue a duplicate of the certificate within five working days from the date the Center receives the application and documents sent by post or received from the multifunctional center and transfer the issued certificates according to the acceptance certificate to the multifunctional center for issuing them to citizens. Certificates and their duplicates are issued to the citizen personally against signature. 4.7. Responsibility for recording and transferring certificates to the multifunctional center lies with officials appointed by orders of the heads of the Department, the Center for Social Benefits, and responsibility for recording and issuing certificates to citizens are officials of the multifunctional center. 5.1. Documents submitted for awarding titles are stored in the Department of Social Development of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra. The list of awards for obtaining the title was approved by Decree of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra No. 103-p dated 06.06.2005 “On approval of the list of awards, honorary titles, departmental insignia in labor of the Russian Federation and the list of awards, honorary titles of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Ugra, which is the basis for awarding the titles “Labor Veteran”, “Labor Veteran of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra” and providing social support measures to labor veterans and labor veterans of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra”:

Social support measures for labor veterans of the Russian Federation and Ugra for 2021 have remained virtually unchanged.
