On December 19, 2005, a number of amendments were made to the Law “On Veterans”, according to which the conditions for obtaining the status “Veteran of Labor” underwent a number of changes.

• men who began working before their eighteenth birthday during the Great Patriotic War and with at least 40 years of experience.
