What is an extract from the personal account of an apartment?

What is a financial and personal account of an apartment?

A financial and personal account (FLA) is a document issued for all residential real estate. It contains information about the status of payments for utility bills, about repairs and maintenance carried out, a description of the residential premises (its area, persons registered in this premises, their ownership rights).

What does the form of extract from the tenant's personal account contain?

An extract from a certain place of residence confirms that the housing is not burdened with any obligations: neither legal nor financial. This is an important point that is carefully considered when finalizing a transaction for the purchase and sale of premises. The buyer himself has the right to demand an extract received from the housing and communal services in order to ensure the legal cleanliness of the apartment.

Any citizen permanently registered in the apartment, owner or responsible tenant of the residential premises can receive an extract from the personal account upon presentation of an identification document and title documents.
