Who needs to connect to Mercury

MiniSelKhoz Order No. 648 announced a complete list of future entities that are in any case required to use this software. At a minimum, because in their activities they keep records using VSD, that is, veterinary accompanying documentation. Now the outdated format is being modified and turned into a completely electronic format - eSVD. According to the established rules, there are significantly more reporting points.
