Pension provision for citizens who are disabled from childhood is guaranteed to them by the legislative bodies of the Russian Federation. That is, these payments are provided as support for families with children who have serious health problems. Who is awarded the status of “Childhood Disabled”?

The indicated amounts are not final - they are subject to annual indexation, which is carried out from April 1, taking into account the increase in the cost of living (Article 25 of Law No. 166-FZ). If a disabled person lives in an area where territorial coefficients apply, the amount of the pension increases by them.

The social pension of group 1 disabled people from childhood is no more than 13,912 rubles. You can also add monthly material payments in the amount of 2875 rubles. And if the parents of a disabled child refuse the NSS (set of social services), the amount can be increased to 4,087 rubles.

If caring for sick children is carried out by guardians or parents, they are entitled to 10,000 rubles, and if only an outsider is involved in the upbringing process, the amount changes downward and is equal to 1,200 rubles.

As for disabled children of group 2 and their families, they are awarded about 11,593 rubles. Individual cash payments reach 2875 rubles.

Childhood disabilities of group 3 can count on a pension of a maximum of 4,927 rubles, while the monthly allowance is 2,336 rubles.

Social pension

According to the preliminary forecast of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, at the end of the outgoing year, inflation will be about 4%. Most likely, this indicator will be taken into account. Consequently, the monthly allowance for disabled people of group I will be 2,851.02 rubles (currently 2,741.37 rubles). If a pensioner prefers to receive NSS in financial terms, the payment amount will correspond to 4,052.29 rubles (now - 3,896.43 rubles).
