Forms of education in Russia are enshrined in Federal Legal Act No. 273 “On Education”. For correspondence students, the state provides a preferential educational loan as part of the implementation of the provisions of Article 104. Part-time students can go on academic leave, and also apply for a transfer from a paid basis of education to a free one.
