The application must be considered within 10 working days after submission of the application with all documents. The payment is provided from the month of examination of the child at the bureau of medical and social examination and is paid until the month of expiration of the disability period (but not more than until the child reaches 23 years of age).

For students, the cost of transport near Moscow is half the price of a ticket, but you must have a social card and a document confirming that the person is receiving an education. All prices in the Moscow region are valid during the standard academic year, which begins on September 1 and ends on June 15. In the summer, the student's social card does not work, so students must pay for their travel in full.

The social card is targeted assistance, so only people who have the right to do so can use it. Necessary documents for applying for benefits

Having one ID for a federal benefit recipient does not guarantee free, fee-free movement in public transport. It makes sense to take a single social travel card (abbreviated as ESPB) with you on the road. Preferential travel for disabled people of group 1

All residents of our country with officially established first group disability have the right not to pay for services provided by carriers.
