Where do they accept applications?
Applications for preferential assistance are accepted in the following organizations, depending on the category:
- Multifunctional centers in Saratov, which are an intermediate link between the citizen and the organization providing assistance;
- pension fund branches;
- tax authorities;
- social security service.
It is necessary to take into account that submitting an application for the provision of required discounts and benefits electronically, using the State Services Internet portal, is impossible.
Definition of a large family
In order for families to quickly receive financial support and not waste effort on registering capital, the Pension Fund, after the birth of a child, issues a certificate automatically, without an application, so that the family can immediately direct the funds to the chosen goals, bypassing additional steps. They can be spent on improving living conditions; education of the child(ren); mother's funded pension; goods and services for children with disabilities; monthly payment in connection with the birth (adoption) of a second child.
Regional maternity capital
Since January 2021, the Vladimir region has provided a regional one-time cash payment to families at the birth of a second and subsequent children, as well as twins and triplets. It is assigned to one of the parents who permanently resides together with the born child (children) in the Vladimir region. The right to payment is retained if the application for it follows no later than six months from the date of birth of the child.
In most cases, to receive regional payments, registration is required for several years. If parents have only recently moved to the capital and have not yet managed to register permanently, they will not be able to count on the benefits available to Moscow residents.
- providing free medicines to children with rare forms of the disease;
- carrying out preventive measures to reduce the number of children with disabilities;
- improving existing nutrition standards in educational institutions in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other large cities;
- ensuring the required number of places in preschool educational institutions and giving children from large families the right to be enrolled out of turn.
