Deadlines for registration

The time during which the social protection department will make a decision to recognize a family with many children is no more than 30 working days, and it may also take 1-2 days to send the finished certificate to the MFC.

Regional payments

In the Ulyanovsk region, families with children can count on additional help.

Every month, more than 700 rubles are received by low-income expectant mothers (their pregnancy must be more than 12 weeks), who need additional nutrition, and nursing mothers who have children under 6 months of age.

In the Ulyanovsk region, mothers under the age of 25 at the birth of their first child in the period from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2024 can receive a lump sum of 100 thousand rubles.

Article 4. The procedure for providing social support measures for large families

For the purposes of this Law, families with many children are recognized as having three or more children under the age of 18 and (or) children over this age studying in state-accredited educational programs of secondary general, secondary vocational or higher education in full-time form, - until completion of education, but no more than until they reach the age of 23 years, provided that in such a family one or both parents (guardian, trustee) live in the territory of the Ulyanovsk region and are citizens of the Russian Federation or foreign citizens or stateless persons, having a residence permit or refugee certificate, unless otherwise established by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or federal law (hereinafter also referred to as families).

In the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, various regional programs of a social nature are being developed and implemented. They are aimed at supporting families whose income does not exceed the threshold established by the relevant government.
