After the documents are received by the social security authorities, the following occurs::

  3. Within 5 days from the date of the decision to issue a certificate or to refuse to issue it, the applicant is sent a notification of the decision. In case of refusal, the documents are returned to the applicant indicating the reason.
  4. The certificate is issued on the day you apply for the certificate.

Attention! The legal representative is obliged to transfer the certificate to the child (children) in the following cases:

  • if the child(ren) have reached the age of majority;
  • if the child (children) acquired full legal capacity before reaching adulthood.

In case of loss (damage) of a certificate, its owner can receive a duplicate based on a personal statement (legal representative), which indicates the circumstances of the loss (damage) of the certificate.

Changing the size of regional maternity (family) capital in accordance with current legislation does not entail a replacement of the certificate.

If the personal data of the certificate owner changes, he (his legal representative) can contact social security to make appropriate changes to the certificate with the presentation of documents confirming these changes.

A duplicate is issued within a month from the date of receipt of the application.
