Children under 5 years of age are entitled to free train travel. Transport requirements not required by the employee during the performance of labor duties under the employment contract are not issued to the employee after the dismissal order is issued.

5.4. The procedure for assigning workers and other persons to supply transport requirements

5.3.1. Officials who violate these Rules are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Such violations include:

a) requesting and receiving all types of transport requirements for employees in excess of the norm established by the Collective Agreement, for employees who do not have the right to receive transport requirements;

b) unreasonable increase in the travel area for all types of transport requirements;

c) failure to take measures against persons who have violated the procedure for using transport requirements established by these Rules;

d) issuance of transport requests received for reporting, without supporting documents, as well as to persons who do not have the right to receive them.

Employees of departments issuing transport requests who allowed the issuance of transport requests in violation of the procedure established by this paragraph of the Rules bear responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

To claim the right to non-tariffed travel, it is enough to present a certificate of a WWII participant or a certificate of the Chernobyl disaster liquidator. Upon presentation of a supporting document to the Pension Fund office, no later than 10 days, a certificate will be issued for obtaining preferential travel.
