Employees performing the functions of civilian personnel in the Russian Armed Forces can also apply for a voucher to departmental medical institutions. The conditions for providing vouchers are established by agreement between the Ministry of Defense and the trade union organization of employees of the RF Armed Forces.

The requirement is received when filling out an application on the official website of the Ministry of Defense. The data is reviewed by the Main Military Directorate, then a notification of the decision is sent (the application is considered within 30 days, complies with the Federal Law).
