Before answering this question, I will make a small clarification. From the point of view of the average person, all members of the ambulance team, not counting, of course, the driver, are doctors.
Actually this is not true. A fully staffed ambulance team consists of a doctor, paramedic, paramedic and driver.
A doctor is a specialist with higher education; he graduated from a medical institute (academy or university). The paramedic has a secondary specialized education; he received his diploma from a medical school or college.

The base rate is multiplied by the so-called “participation factor”, determined by the total number of calls. On average, during one daily duty, an ambulance makes 15–20 calls.
According to existing standards, an ambulance team is on duty every other day, but due to an acute shortage of personnel, many doctors are on duty much more often, which significantly affects the size of their salary.
In addition to salary, doctors and emergency paramedics receive additional payments for:
- harmfulness;
- experience;
- work on holidays;
- night duty;

How much do paramedics get paid in Russia?
In Russia, about 1,000 paramedics are needed every day. For 65% of vacancies, the average salary is 10,000-20,000 rubles, 23% of employers are willing to pay from 20,000 to 30,000 rubles, and only 7% over 30,000. Moreover, all high-paying vacancies are offered by private clinics in cities.

Income in Moscow
The capital and surrounding areas, as a rule, are among the regions in which the remuneration that a paramedic receives for his work has the greatest monetary value. So, in Moscow itself, this mid-level medical specialist earns about 40.4 thousand rubles. In the Moscow region, paramedics have an average income of almost 35 thousand rubles.
Earnings in the regions
Among the leaders in terms of salaries of paramedics according to hh.ru:
