Unified customs tariff of the Customs Union (CU)

The Customs Union of the three countries of Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan was created in 2010, and its governing body was the Customs Union Commission (CUC). At first, complex integration processes were going on between the countries. The Unified Customs Tariff of the Customs Union came into force on January 1, 2012 by Decision of the Customs Union Commission (CUC) dated November 18, 2011 No. 850. The same document approved a new edition of the Unified Commodity Nomenclature. Since 2012, the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), which became the successor to the CCC, has become the supranational regulatory body of the Customs Union. During the same year, Resolution of the EEC Council of July 16, 2012 N 54 was adopted, which approved the new edition of the unified Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Customs Union and the Unified Customs Tariff of the Customs Union (UCT CU). The adoption of these documents was caused by Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the obligations undertaken in connection with this. Since Belarus and Kazakhstan were not members of the WTO, a transition period was established for these countries. The formed TS is an open organization, ready for new participants to join. In 2011, Kyrgyzstan expressed its intention to join, and approval was received in 2014. In 2013, Armenia expressed an intention to join, and approval was received in 2013. In 2014, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia became part of the Customs Union, but the current Customs tariffs of these countries differed from the Unified Customs Tariff of the Customs Union. For the newly joined countries, preferential conditions were in effect during the transition period, during which the rates of import duties on some goods remained the same. After the end of the transition period, the grace period ended and customs duties of the ETT CU came into effect.

Example. Until the end of the transition period, the rates of import customs duties on cars in Armenia were significantly lower than in other CU countries. For this reason, the cost of a car imported to Armenia from the USA was significantly lower compared to other CU countries. The imported car could be used throughout the entire territory of the vehicle.

Monthly tariff rate of the 1st category in the Republic of Bashkortostan 2020

The range of issues related to payment for work performed is of increased interest to both employers and employees.

At the same time, different categories of monthly payments are characterized by a different nature, component composition, and set of grounds for provision. Practical experience reflects the advisability of using uniform methods in various fields of activity to determine the parameters of labor complexity.

When assessing it, it is necessary to proceed from the fact that a certain work is performed by an employee who has the necessary qualifications for this.

Tariffication of work and assignment of tariff categories to employees are carried out taking into account the unified tariff and qualification directory of works and professions of workers, the unified qualification directory of positions of managers, specialists and employees, or taking into account professional standards.

These reference books and the procedure for their use are approved in the manner established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

There are 13 skill levels for transport workers; The tariff category of a tram and trolleybus driver is 6th or 7th depending on the length of the train; the highest coefficient for the first category is 4.13, but there is a range from 3.90 to 4. By the way, this is how the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from Let's determine the key basis for determining the tariff schedule for public sector employees is also implemented.

So, for state and municipal institutions, the remuneration system is determined by the intersectoral situation. In simple words, representatives of higher ministries and departments issue ready-made standards and rules for their subordinate institutions.

The salaries of pharmacists and pharmacists will increase the most. Let us remind you that the tariff rate of the first category is the standard on which the remuneration of public sector employees depends. The tariff rate is multiplied by a special coefficient, which is different for each employee, and the final salary is obtained.

Bonuses and other payments, in turn, depend on it. On Epiphany, places for swimming will be installed at eight Minsk rescue stations.

All swimming areas are equipped with safe approaches and descents to the water. Pilnitsa, 23 km from the Moscow Ring Road.

Belarus is unlikely to be able to receive additional energy preferences within the Union State: the allies have different understandings of deeper integration.

Minsk does not want to come to terms with this, but it seems that it has no other options now. Naturally, higher wages are set for more complex work that requires certain knowledge and skills. In order not to set separate amounts for each group of positions, tariff coefficients are used.

With their help, the salary assigned for positions of the 1st category is automatically increased by the established coefficient for the 2nd, 3rd, etc. This reference book is designed to simplify the delimitation of functions and powers of employees, for which the qualification characteristics of individual positions are used.

And this, in turn, will help to uniformly apply tariff schedules in organizations. The tariff rate of the first category is a basic value that serves as the basis for establishing wages for workers according to the categories assigned to them.

Legislation obliges organizations to be guided by republican tariffs when setting wages. This mechanism provides a minimum guaranteed income to workers of a certain qualification, that is, it is a social protection mechanism.

The employer incurs expenses to improve relationships in the field of social partnership in order to regulate social and labor relations, which include transfers of funds in the form of amounts of voluntary membership fees, including entrance fees, as well as other expenses provided for by this Agreement, other agreements in the field of social partnership, including regional industry agreements, collective agreements and local regulations of the Organization, labor contracts concluded with employees and exceeding the level of obligations established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In the event of termination of an employment contract with an employee who is subject to dismissal due to a reduction in the number or staff, with the liquidation of the Organization, the employer pays him all types of remuneration due to employees of the Organization and is of a quarterly, semi-annual, annual and other nature in proportion to the time worked, and also makes compensation payments, monetary rewards in the manner and on the terms set forth in compensation agreements or collective agreements operating directly in the Organizations:.

Namely, to the four living wages that the International Labor Organization talks about. Of course, it’s too early to talk about this, but the clause that we will strive for this is included in the agreement,” he noted.

This became possible thanks to an industry tariff agreement signed today between the Ministry of Construction and Road Facilities of the Republic, the regional organization of the trade union of road transport and road workers and employers.

The agreement is valid for up to a year. According to the norm of the article of the Labor Code, an employee’s payment must be proportionate to his efficiency.

That is, the higher the rank or qualification of an employee, the more expensive his work. And the category directly depends on the type of work. All types of work inherent in a particular category of profession are listed in the ETKS.

If an employee has been working at the company for a long time and goes on vacation periodically, sooner or later the columns in this section will end. In this case, it is necessary to make an additional sheet in which the table of this section will be duplicated.

The sheet must be pasted into the T card. Currently, when most processes are automated and executed electronically, this document, as it seems to us, is not needed in principle and is a rudiment of personnel records management, diverting resources to fill it out and store it, but it should be stored constantly while the person is working, and another plus 75 years after his dismissal. It was approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of the Russian Federation. Let us recall that despite the fact that the obligation to maintain personal cards is not legally defined, filling out personal cards of employees in organizations is advisable. After all, these cards contain all the basic information about the employee that is necessary or may be necessary for the employer.
