GC RusStroyEkspertiza carried out an examination of the design documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building, which is intended to accommodate office and commercial premises.
Each commercial premises on the 1st floor has a separate entrance along the longitudinal facades of the building; some commercial premises on the 2nd floor also have separate exits to the terrace. The entrance to the lobby of the office part is located in the south-eastern part of the site.
Thanks to the use of modern enclosing façade structures, the designed building has an artistically expressive appearance.
All materials and products used are provided with a valid Fire Certificate of the Russian Federation and Sanitary and Hygienic Certificate of the Russian Federation.
The design documentation, taking into account the changes and additions made during the examination, meets the requirements of technical regulations.
