Reasons

In any region of the Russian Federation, including the Stavropol region, the allocation of federal subsidies is carried out in accordance with the list contained in Federal Law No. 81 (05/19/1995). When providing benefits to citizens, their category is taken into account without taking into account the actual needs of the latter. They can be issued by one of the parents or guardians. Officially employed persons also have the right to submit a request for subsidized assistance through their employer.

When assigning municipal preferences, the following provisions of laws are taken into account:

  • dated 07.12.2004 (No. 101), regarding the monthly provision of a minor;
  • dated October 20, 2011 (No. 90) on assistance to certain categories of persons;
  • dated 04/12/2010 (No. 21) on control over land relations;
  • dated December 27, 2012 (No. 123) on assistance to large couples;
  • Decree of the Governor dated August 17, 2012 (No. 571), on issues of demography policy.

Residents of Stavropol are not entitled to increasing coefficients when calculating salaries or social subsidies.
