Registration procedure

The law regarding benefits for Chernobyl victims was last amended in October 2014. This part of the legislation formulates the status of Chernobyl victims and the list of benefits provided to citizens who have received this status. The goals of the existing law can be called providing compensation and social support for those citizens who, due to their residence or during the elimination of the consequences of the disaster, were exposed to harmful factors.
