All entries in the work book are made without abbreviations and have their own serial number within the corresponding section. How to correctly put the number in order in the work book 1 or 01

In column 3 of the “Work Information” section of the work book, the full name of the enterprise, as well as the abbreviated name of the organization (if any), is indicated as a heading. Moreover, this entry is not numbered. For example, if the organization OJSC “Branded Sausages” has an abbreviated name, i.e. the organization’s charter states that its abbreviated name is OJSC “FC”, then in accordance with clause 3.1 of the Instructions this abbreviated name is given after the full name ( Fig. 12).

Next, a record of hiring is made, for which the number of the record being made is entered in column 1, and the date of hire is indicated in column 2. In column 3, an entry is made about acceptance or appointment to a structural unit of the enterprise, indicating its specific name (if the condition of working in a specific structural unit is included in the employment contract as essential), the name of the position (work), specialty, profession indicating qualifications (Fig. .13).

Entries on the name of the job or position for which the employee is hired are made in accordance with the names of the professions specified in the Unified Tariff and Qualification Directory of Work and Professions of Workers (by industry), the Qualification Directory of Positions of Managers, Specialists and Other Employees, the All-Russian Classifier of Worker Professions, employee positions and pay grades or in accordance with the staffing table.

If the performance of work in certain positions, specialties or professions is associated with the provision of benefits or certain restrictions, then the names of these positions, specialties or professions and the qualification requirements for them must comply with the names and requirements provided for in the relevant qualification reference books. Otherwise, the employee is deprived of the right to these benefits (for example, a preferential pension).

Column 4 contains the date and number of the order (instruction) or other decision of the employer, according to which the employee was hired. During his work activity, an employee can increase his rank or class (driver), about which a corresponding entry is made in the work book (Fig. 14).

In addition, an employee can master a second specialty (profession), about which an entry is made in the work book indicating the ranks, classes or other categories of these professions, specialties or skill levels. For example, an equipment adjuster in the production of food products was given the second profession “Electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment” with the assignment of the 3rd category. In this case, in the work book in the section “Information about work” in column 1 the serial number of the entry is indicated, in column 2 the date of establishment of the second profession is indicated, in column 3 the corresponding entry is made, in column 4 the certificate number and date of issue are indicated (Fig. 15 ).

If, when establishing a second profession, an order assigns responsibilities to the employee to perform these works (Fig. 16), then the following entry is made in the “Work Information” section of the work book (Fig. 17).

Quite often, additions or changes are made to the staffing table in terms of the names of positions (professions) in connection with the corresponding changes or additions made to the qualification directories. These changes (additions) are made to work books on the basis of an order (instruction) or other decision of the employer (Fig. 18) in the following order. In column 1 of the “Work Information” section, the serial number of the entry is indicated, in column 2 the date of change of position (profession) is indicated, in column 3 the corresponding entry is made, and in column 4 the number of the order is indicated that changes are made to the staffing table.

Employment history. Rules for registration and filling

The procedure for maintaining work books is regulated by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 16, No. 69 “On approval of the Instructions for filling out work books,” hereinafter referred to as the Instructions. In accordance with clause of the Instructions, entries in the TC are made carefully, with a fountain or gel pen, a rollerball pen, including a ballpoint pen, light-resistant ink paste, black, blue or purple gel and without any abbreviations.

Correction of a dismissal entry is made according to the general scheme: the corrective entry is assigned the next number in order, the date is fixed, the erroneous entry is declared invalid and a corrected version is recorded containing the actual basis for dismissal and the required article, after which the details of the order are repeated.

Regulatory and legal acts that specify the rules for maintaining work books do not specify how to correctly correct the entry number in work books. In accordance with some sources that refer to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, it is believed that there is no need to necessarily correct such technical errors, since the text of the personnel record and the documents that form the basis for its entry are accurate and cannot be disputed. Therefore, a violation in the numbering is considered a small error and can be ignored. On the other hand, a mistake made in the numbering of entries is considered an inaccuracy and may well bring a lot of trouble to the owner of the work book, in particular, when applying for a pension. At the same time, it should be said that such a mistake is still subject to correction and the personnel officer must have an idea of ​​​​the process of performing this procedure.

Correction of numbering of entries in the work book.

At the same time, the inserts themselves without work books are invalid. This follows from the provisions of paragraphs 11, 38 of the Rules, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16. As a rule, the stamp is affixed in the upper right corner of the title page of the work book. The labor record is numbered from 1st to 18th place for the work year, the book is not yet completely filled out, but in the middle there are already entries for the year, then some company again continued from the first half of the book with the numbering year, although the numbering 17-18 already exists for the year. Having received a copy of the order, the employee goes to his HR department, where, guided by the document provided, the HR officer will correct all errors. The numbering in the work book is broken

Work books: design subtleties

Guided by this document, the personnel officer, in turn, corrects the error, certifies the changes with his signature and the seal of the organization, and then transfers the book to its owner to review the new information. After the employee is convinced that the numbering is correct, he also signs and submits the work record for safekeeping to the HR department.

What is the risk of an error? An error such as a numbering violation is not included in the list of gross violations of labor legislation, so the employer will most likely not be punished for it. At the same time, if a more serious inaccuracy is made, the manager will be obliged to pay the injured employee monetary compensation in the amount of his average earnings.
