Since 2012, reporting to the Pension Fund for individual entrepreneurs without employees has been CANCELED (there is no longer a need to report for 2011).

Installing the latest version of "Spu_orb"

Go to the "Officials" tab

In the line “Position” write “IP” (or “individual entrepreneur”), in the line “Last name and initials” - your last name and initials (see screenshot).

Go to the "Business Address" tab.

Fill in the “Zip Code” and “Country” lines. To fill in the lines “Region”, “District”, “City”, “Settlement” and “Street”, you need to click on the button with three dots and select the desired option (instead of writing everything manually). Fill out the lines “House”, “Building” and “Apartment” (see screenshot).

In the window that opens for entering personal data, click on the “Transfer data from enterprise details for individual entrepreneurs” button. This will transfer your insurance number and full name. Fill out the remaining lines (TIN, Gender, Date of Birth, Locality, District, Region, Telephone) (see screenshot).
If your residential address differs from your registration address, go to the “Actual Address” tab and enter your address (see screenshot). Click the "Save" button
Now click on the “Add” button, which is located in the middle of the left menu (see screenshot).
In the window that opens, in the “Calendar year” line, select the year for which you are reporting, in the “Reporting period” line - your reporting period (“0 - year 2010”), in the “Payer category” line, select “Personal Individual” (see screenshot).
Go to the “Basic and preferential experience” tab and click on the top “Add” button (see screenshot).
In the window that appears, enter the required dates (for example, from 01/01/2010 to 12/31/2010 - see screenshot), click “Accept”.

In case of erroneous rounding of kopecks in uploaded .xml files, errors must be manually corrected before submitting the files. If pennies are rounded incorrectly in printed documents, you must manually correct the errors before printing.

Data entry for RSV-2

In the top menu, select “Data Entry”, then “Calculation of Insurance Premiums”, then “RSV-2 Forms” (see screenshot).

Problems with the TIN of insured persons for SZV-M

On the website where you can ask questions to the developers of PU-6, the following problem with filling out SZV-M in PU-6 is formulated:

“If the database was empty when loading SZV-M, all data fits well. But if the RSV-1 has already been loaded, where the employees do not have a TIN, then the TIN for employees in PU-6 was not included in the SZV-M.”

From the responses of the developers, the following picture emerged: in the RSV-1 there is no data on the TIN. If, before preparing SZV-M, RSV-1 was loaded in the same program, the program takes data from RSV-1. Accordingly, the TIN is lost. The collective wisdom recommended 2 ways to solve the problem:

Experiment with the “update employee data” setting when importing information for reports (try importing in the “enable” and “disable” updating positions).
Create a separate program PU-6 for preparing only SZV-M reports.

In the top menu, select “Upload”, then “Upload calculation of insurance premiums” and click on “Upload RSV-2” (see screenshot).

After which reports can be freely sent via the Internet or submitted on a storage medium. These programs allow you to be confident that all reporting has been compiled correctly. That is, such reporting in which there are absolutely no errors will be immediately accepted by the Pension Fund of Russia employees without any objections.

These programs for checking reports on insurance premiums are recommended for use by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. On the payer's workstation, these programs must be placed simultaneously and must be updated on time.

Download the software and install it in a separate directory. To test files, log into the program and specify the path to the files with reports that you want to check.

Go to the “Data” section in the menu.
You need to click on “PFR File Testing”.
Then you can directly select the files that need to be tested.

The result of the check in a new window is a protocol that allows you to determine the presence or absence of errors. All errors made during registration, including previously generated files and accounting documents, are distributed according to the roughness code.

10 – the situation does not occur very often, but it does occur, such a file can be accepted without any warning;
20 – such a situation is undoubtedly possible, but it requires correction;
30 – blocks and elements are arranged incorrectly, in addition, some mandatory parts of the reporting may be completely missing;
40 – inappropriate codes and symbols were used in reporting;
50 – the entire file structure is incorrect, a serious error.

If, after checking, the programs show that there are errors in the file, the territorial bodies of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation will not accept it.

These types of software allow you to correctly compile and send several types of reports at once. This significantly saves time and protects against various types of errors during compilation. All information for documents (accounting, tax and pension) is automatically downloaded from the organization’s common database.

So what exactly do these two types of software check for?

CheckPFR

Such documentation packages for personal accounting are SZV-6-1, ADV-6-2, SZV-6-4, SPV-1, SZV-6-2, ADV-11.
Such forms of quarterly reporting as, RSV-2 and RSV-3.
SZV-M.

This software checks the following files that came into effect in 2010.

Form RSV-1 quarterly reporting.
Such accounting documentation as SZV-6-4, ADV-6-5, ADV-6-2, SPV-1.

The program is the official verification program of the Pension Fund of Russia.

Last changes

As stated earlier, these programs must be updated.

The OKVED-2 classifier has been changed.
The directory of all KLADR addresses has been updated.
If the birth dates on the death certificates were before 1900, but not before 1880, then the result is a warning number 20. It is classified as too old or a special date. Although previously an error was thrown in this case.
The code compliance check for settlement documents of 2014 and 2015 has been cancelled.
In the birth data in the “Place of Birth” subsection, it is possible to indicate all 4 elements of this block. In this case, the system does not generate an error.

In the CheckPFR program:

The verification of SZV-M documentation was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the updated format, which was approved by the resolution of the Pension Fund of Russia. We are talking about a resolution on the approval of new information for maintaining records of both an individual and personalized nature.
In the SZV-STAZH form, checks were carried out against the album of information exchange formats.
