Step-by-step instructions for connecting to the EGAIS system

  2. Purchase a qualified electronic signature on the Rutoken or JaCarta media, with which an electronic document will be signed for subsequent data transfer to the EGAIS system;
  3. Installation of the JaCarta Unified Client or Driver on Rutoken EDS 2.0, which corresponds to the bit level of the selected operating system (32-bit or 64-bit);
  4. Installing the latest version of JAVA;
  5. Install the component “Fsrar-Crypto 2”;
  6. Make sure that the INTERNET EXPLORER browser version 9 or higher is installed on your computer;

How to update UTM EGAIS

To update the EGAIS UTM version automatically (if there is a more recent version), you must give permission to the special service responsible for updating the program to perform the update. When the UTM icon flashes, you need to right-click on it and agree to the update.

Why can’t I update the UTM?

  • The antivirus on the PC is turned on and is preventing the program from updating the module version.
  • The operating system firewall is preventing the update from installing on your computer.
  • UTM is not launched with full access rights and not on behalf of the account (PC administrator).

To configure the universal transport module, you need to go to the “Transport module” section in your personal account. Then clicks the “Download transport module” button. Penalties for not connecting to the EGAIS system

According to the Code of Administrative Offenses (Administrative Code of the Russian Federation), all organizations and individual enterprises are required to connect to the Unified State Automated Information System, but if after a certain date they do not connect to the specified system, then penalties will be imposed on the enterprise, namely:

For individual entrepreneurs and companies producing and distributing alcoholic beverages, violation of the work procedure in the Unified State Automated Information System (EGAIS) threatens with administrative fines:

  • Individual entrepreneurs and officials of organizations - 10-15 thousand rubles.

Even if an individual entrepreneur or organization has all the software installed and is registered in EGAIS, but the sale of alcohol was not entered into the system, a fine cannot be avoided.

In addition, from January 1, 2020, the supplier cannot ship goods to a customer who does not have registration in EGAIS and write them off from its warehouse. Therefore, working with alcohol without registering in the system is practically impossible.
