Sanitary day at catering establishments

Weekly tasks

In the average family, weekly chores include:

  1. Dry cleaning of the house using a vacuum cleaner.
  2. Removing dust from all surfaces.
  3. Rubbing mirrors.
  4. Wet cleaning.
  5. Replacement of bed linen.

Laundry can be added to this list, if this is not done more often, ironing, and repairing things that require repair.

Which organizations are required to conduct

Such a journal is an integral part of the documents of all companies that are in one way or another connected with people. In particular:

  • Communal facilities: baths, saunas, hotels and hotel rooms, studios, massage parlors, organizations involved in waste disposal, providing funeral services, etc.
  • Cultural, entertainment and sports institutions: sports clubs, gyms, cinemas, etc.
  • Medical and health institutions, such as sanatoriums, pharmacies, etc.
  • Children's institutions: schools, kindergartens, interest clubs, etc.
  • Catering establishments: cafes, canteens, restaurants, bars, etc.
  • Companies that store and sell food products.
  • Institutions that organize water supply and sewerage.

Obviously, this is a large area for SES inspections. But sooner or later, if an organization belongs to one of the items on this list, they will come to it to check the availability of the magazine.

Nuances of conducting an inspection

It is important to know that the SES has the right to check documents such as a disinfection log only in the presence of the official head of the organization. Some not particularly responsible organizations prepare this document at the last minute, and this can serve as a delay if an inspector suddenly appears on the doorstep.

Important! Also, Rospotrebnadzor is not afraid of organizations that are not yet 3 years old. They are not included in the register of scheduled inspections.

If, during an inspection, Rospotrebnadzor discovers that this paper is missing or filled out incorrectly, it usually issues a warning the first time. But if the criticisms identified and listed in writing are not corrected within the specified time frame, then the company risks incurring real administrative liability in the form of a fine of several tens of thousands of rubles.

Order to strengthen fire safety measures

For some organizations, there are so-called “seasonal” orders that regulate liability for the summer, spring or autumn periods, which are characterized by an increased risk of fire.

They are usually typical for government institutions - kindergartens, schools, higher education institutions, municipalities and construction sites.

The document regulates the introduction of additional measures on food security. Extraordinary inspection of fire equipment, putting fire shields in order, checking evacuation plans and routes, conducting exercises, organizing additional briefings for personnel, students and construction site workers. In addition, deputies responsible for industrial safety at the enterprise are appointed.

Important! The order is regulated by the same regulatory documents given above and is intended to become an additional guarantor of the safety of workers and property.

It is drawn up according to the same principles as the order appointing a person in charge. First comes the full name of the enterprise, date and number, preamble and then paragraphs.

The importance of the health log

The main goals of maintaining a sanitary accounting journal:

  • Recording of all sanitary measures carried out at the facility;
  • Description of the sanitary condition of the facility itself;
  • Information on compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards by employees.

During inspections carried out by Rospotrebnadzor authorities, the manager must provide sanitary logs first.

The absence of a sanitary register is no less serious a violation than direct non-compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards approved for this type of facility. It is in sanitary journals that representatives of control authorities enter information about the results of inspections.

What to use at school

Is it necessary to issue an order on the prevention of coronavirus at an enterprise?

If an organization has the right to work during an epidemic and continues its activities, then it is imperative to prepare an order outlining preventive measures aimed at reducing the threat of infection.

The order is approved by the manager, and he appoints a responsible person who will be entrusted with monitoring compliance with the specified measures at the enterprise.

Preventive measures recommended for operating organizations during the coronavirus epidemic include:

  • division of work flows into shifts, their separation on different floors, offices, it is necessary to minimize contacts of people with each other;
  • availability of hand sanitizers at workplaces and upon entering the organization;
  • monitoring the presence of signs of a viral infection - temperature, cough, runny nose; workers must regularly measure their body temperature several times a day and record the results in a thermometry log;
  • timely isolation of employees with identified signs of ARVI from other employees, sending the person home;
  • non-admission to work of persons who are prescribed a two-week quarantine due to returning from places with an increased risk of coronavirus infection;
  • outreach to staff regarding the need to comply with hygiene rules;
  • conducting training on coronavirus prevention, preparing instructions for staff;
  • disinfection of indoor surfaces, regular cleaning using specialized cleaning products - at least every 2 hours;
  • ventilation of premises;
  • eliminating any employee fees;
  • exclusion of employees' meals directly at their workplaces; for prevention purposes, it is necessary to allocate a special place for eating;
  • cancellation of all business trips if possible.

All of these measures are aimed at reducing the risk of infection and preventing coronavirus.

The employer must develop special instructions outlining the rules of behavior in the new conditions of the spread of coronavirus infection.

An order should also be issued where the relevant orders will be formalized.

How to issue an order on preventive measures in connection with COVID-19?

There are no standardized forms for these purposes. Each organization independently draws up the text of the order; an example form is provided for downloading below. The text can be changed in accordance with the characteristics of a particular enterprise.

An order is drawn up on a standard A4 form indicating the company details, the name of the document, its title, date and place of preparation.

The reason for registration in the preamble is the need to prevent infection during the coronavirus epidemic.

In the administrative part, responsible persons are appointed for ensuring and monitoring safety at the enterprise and compliance with coronavirus prevention measures. This may be the head of the labor protection department, the human resources department, or another person.

The order instructs responsible persons to ensure all those preventive measures listed above. The necessary supply of hand sanitizers, disinfectants for cleaning premises, devices for changing temperatures, protective face masks, and, if necessary, gloves must be available.

Employees of the enterprise are instructed to promptly inform their boss about returning from places with an increased spread of coronavirus, about identifying signs of acute respiratory viral infections, be sure to ensure personal and public hygiene, wash their hands, wipe them with antiseptics, wear masks, have minimal contact with work colleagues (including form of handshakes and hugs), maintain the recommended distance, and ventilate the premises.

All of these preventive measures are mandatory for all employees of the organization. All employees must be familiarized with the approved order against signature.

The manager can set out all preventive measures in the order, or can draw up a separate instruction with rules of behavior during the coronavirus period and attach it to the order.

The main thing is that as a result of these actions, employees must clearly know what they can do and what they cannot do.
