8. Free medical services in clinics to which the veteran was assigned during his service. Other institutions offer discounts on medical services.
9. Connecting and installing a home phone is free and without waiting in line.
10. Provision of a garden plot on a first-come, first-served basis.
11. The right of priority to join non-profit cooperatives - garage, housing, gardening, etc.
12. Exemption from land tax (in some regions and from transport tax).
13. Tax deduction for personal income tax in the amount of 500 rubles per month.

Tax relief

1. Military personnel who were sent to perform special tasks in Syria from September 30, 2021. Such military personnel had to serve the period established upon deployment, or be seconded for valid reasons.

6. Military personnel, as well as a number of other government military employees who were sent to perform official duties on the territory of other states and who took part in hostilities while on duty in these states, as well as who took part in hostilities on the territory of the Russian Federation.
7. Persons who served military units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the USSR, located on the territory of other states during the period of hostilities there, received wounds, concussions, injuries in connection with this, or were awarded orders or medals of the USSR, the Russian Federation for participation in ensuring these actions.
