Profit and loss statement - form 2 (OKUD 0710002)

What do the numbers in the OKUD code mean?

Each document flow process is accompanied by a standard form. It has a code consisting of 8 digits. The first 7 digits are responsible for classes and subclasses, and the 8th digit is a verification number.

  1. The first 2 digits indicate which class the form belongs to. If the secretary sees the numbers 0 and 9, then this means that in front of her is all the documentation containing data about the Pension Fund.
  2. Further, the digital designation suggests which subclass of forms we are talking about, and also indicates how they are used. If a person sees in front of him a document with the second digits 01, then we can conclude that the papers contain information about the distribution of funds.
  3. The next three numbers tell you how the form was registered, that is, its serial number.
  4. The final digit is a check number.

For example: 09010046 Payroll for insurance contributions to the Pension Fund 09 - form class (Unified Documentation System of the Pension Fund) 01 - subclass (Documentation on accounting and distribution of funds) 004 - serial number (Settlement slip for insurance contributions to the Pension Fund 6 - check number

Code structure

Thanks to the system, many different forms of the same documents were taken out of circulation, and the work of inspection and control authorities was facilitated. For example, a report on the work performed has the same structure, making it easier to navigate what is written, knowing in advance where to look for the necessary information.

In Russia OKUD approved. in 1993. OK 11 93 is still in use, but with amendments for 2020. Let's consider the structure of the code designation. The structure has the following form: XX XX XXXX X, where the first 2 values determine the class, the second - the subclass, the third three digits - the type and the last number is the control.

The classifier covers groups of grades 01-59. Classes 60-79 are reserved for the needs of the Armed Forces. If there is a need to create new classes, codes 80-99 will be used.

The code will be combined into a class of documents with a similar purpose. The numbers 02 at the beginning of the code mean that the document is organizational and administrative. The type is divided into subclasses:

  • 0211 – constituent,
  • 0212 – reorganizing,
  • 0213 – related to the liquidation of an enterprise, etc.

Constituent documents are divided into specific types:

  1. Organization position (0211111).
  2. Order on the creation of an organization (0211151).
  3. Minutes of the meeting of founders (0211162).
  4. Charter (0211231).

The last digit of the code is a control number, separate for a specific type of document. For the charter, the number is 2. The charter of any organization contains the code 02112314 2.
