Using the Federal Tax Service website

You can find out the debt to the Pension Fund by TIN through the official website of the Federal Tax Service. To do this, you first need to register and log in to this electronic resource. After this, select a special tab called “Find out debt”. The citizen’s TIN is indicated here, as well as the telephone number.

An SMS message containing a one-time code is sent to the specified number. It is entered into a special field, after which the “Find” link is clicked. The page will immediately display information about the presence of debt not only to the Pension Fund, but also to other government organizations. Here you can also generate a payment order on the basis of which the identified debt is repaid.

How to get an explanation for calculating your pension

To clarify this problem, you need to submit an application addressed to the management of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation with a request to provide a detailed explanation of the revision of deductions with references to the case materials and legal standards, and forward it by mail.

Your own application must be sent by registered mail by Russian Post and submitted to the reception desk with a note on the copy. The answer will be provided within 30 days. When you acquire it, you can actually take the legislative norms, a calculator and check it.

Also on the PFR portal there is an online reception, through which you can actually receive the same official response on a postal item, based on the general settings for drawing up an application.

How to find out what was calculated for my pension at the Pension Fund

According to various sources, namely, on the portal of the organization for pension contributions, it is possible to approximately calculate the amount of subsequent contributions. It is better to check the exact value directly through the Pension Fund branch.

Long before benefits are calculated, it is necessary to obtain documentation called an “extract from the personal account of the insured person” by sending a PRF document. Using this extract, you can find out and check whether everything was calculated correctly. You can also find other documentation through the portal that explains the rules for calculating the length of insurance for pension payments.

Using the PF website

On the Pension Fund website, citizens and business representatives can obtain a lot of useful and relevant information. To do this, you need to first register on this official resource. The procedure for obtaining information is divided into stages:

  • First you need to go to the institution’s website;
  • at the very top of the page there is a section “Personal Account”;
  • a page for registration or authorization opens;
  • authorization is possible through the State Services portal if there is already an identified account on it;
  • the necessary data for registration is entered, and if you have an account, then the login and password are indicated;
  • in your personal account on the PF website, it is advisable to additionally indicate personal information, which includes passport details, as well as INN and SNILS;
  • The LC contains all information related to the interaction of a citizen with representatives of the PF, so you can also see existing debts.

How to challenge the amount of an old-age pension

  6. Indicate what position the applicant held at this time, what company he worked for and what salary he received.
  7. At the end of the application, write a request to recalculate the total salary from the previously unaccounted for period of work.

Through the FSSP

You can even find out the debt from the Pension Fund through the bailiffs’ website. But this option is only suitable for people who have accumulated too large debts, so PF representatives filed a claim. If the court decides to forcibly collect the amount from the defaulter, then enforcement proceedings begin, which are handled by bailiffs.

If such a case has already been started by the bailiffs, then you can obtain information about the amount of the debt and accrued fines directly on the FSSP website or by personal communication with the bailiff. If you select a service site, you can obtain data even without prior registration. To do this, open the FSSP website, which opens the “Find out about your debts” tab. Next, an advanced search opens, into which the entrepreneur’s TIN is entered, and you can also specify the number of the enforcement proceedings.

Directly on the website, the opportunity to repay the debt is offered, and the addresses of FSPP branches are also provided where you can contact to terminate the proceedings.

In what cases can you file a complaint against the Pension Fund?

Citizens can file a complaint with the Pension Fund in the following situations:

  • failure to register an application or provide government services;
  • refusal to accept documentation;
  • denial of government services;
  • refusal to forward any mistakes or typos in the provided documentation;
  • demand for papers that are not provided for by regulatory and legal documents;
  • requirement of payment for the transfer of free public services.

How to write a complaint against the Pension Fund

A complaint to the Foundation is written in any form. The application must be brief and discreet. The content depends on the specific moment, but necessarily contains the following information:

  • name and address of the application authority;
  • Full name, address, telephone number;
  • nature of the complaint;
  • requirements;
  • list of documentation in the application;
  • date and signature.

Where to file a complaint against the Pension Fund

You need to file a complaint with the management of the Fund Management: as a general rule, they respond to your appeal within a month. If there is no response, send a complaint to a higher branch of the Pension Fund of Russia, the prosecutor's office or the court.

Also, based on the current rules, individuals and policyholders are able to submit an appeal to the Pension Fund at each level of the Fund system:

  • 2.46 thousand customer services of the organization;
  • departments of pension institutions in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation;
  • to the central executive body - the Moscow City Directorate.

  • the registration procedure on the portal is carried out;
  • the created account is identified, for which you need to come with your passport and TIN to the Pension Fund, Federal Tax Service or other government bodies with the appropriate powers;
  • After creating your personal account, you can study various information, which includes fines, penalties or debts for taxes and other fees.

The portal offers the opportunity not only to obtain information, but also to simultaneously repay existing debts with the Pension Fund. To do this, you can use not only bank cards or accounts, but even different payment systems operating on the Internet. A 30% discount is offered.

Filling out a salary certificate

Do not forget, along with the work book, to issue the resigning employee a salary certificate, preferably in several copies

  • for a resigning employee - on the last day of work. An application from the resigning employee is not required to issue it. If the certificate cannot be given to the employee because he is not at work that day, you need to send him a notice of the need to appear for the certificate. Or let him give you consent to send it by mail in paragraph 2 of the Procedure. (Appendix No. 2 to Order No. 4n);
  • to a former employee - no later than 3 working days from the date of receipt of an application from him in a free form, clause 3 of the Procedure. (Appendix No. 2 to Order No. 4n). He can submit the application in person, by mail or through a representative. If a representative of a former employee contacts you for a certificate, he must present a simple written power of attorney to receive a certificate and his passport. You can also receive an application for a certificate from a former employee by mail in paragraph 4 of the Procedure. (Appendix No. 2 to Order No. 4n).

Advice

Give the employee several copies of the salary certificate upon dismissal. Otherwise, he will turn to you for help every time he starts a new job.

If you do not issue the employee (former employee) with a certificate within the established time frame, and he complains to the labor inspectorate, then it may fine you for the untimely issuance of documents related to the work of Art. 62 Labor Code of the Russian Federation; Part 1 Art. 5.27 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation:

  • organization - in the amount of 30,000 to 50,000 rubles;
  • manager or entrepreneur - in the amount of 1000 to 5000 rubles.

When filling out the certificate, please note that it must indicate the amount of payments the employee made under clause 3, part 2, art. 4.1 of the Law; Art. 2 of the Federal Law of December 8, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as:

  • for the current year until the day of dismissal;
  • while working in your organization for 2 calendar years preceding the year of dismissal or the year of applying for a certificate.

In this case, only payments are taken into account for which insurance premiums are charged to the Federal Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in case of temporary disability and in connection with maternity.

Reconciliation of settlements with the Federal Tax Service

The administration of insurance premiums is carried out by employees of the Federal Tax Service. Therefore, you can find out from them the debt to the Pension Fund. To do this, a special reconciliation of expenses with the budget is requested. You must contact the Federal Tax Service office where the company or citizen is registered.

To obtain information, a written application is drawn up in free form or according to the sample received from employees of the Federal Tax Service. The document indicates a request for a joint reconciliation of calculations. Next, you just need to wait for the reconciliation report to be ready, after which the information received is compared with the available data.

If, as a result of the reconciliation, discrepancies are revealed, then it is necessary to create a statement of disagreement, which is transferred to the employees of the Federal Tax Service along with other documents confirming that the business representative transferred the required amount to the Pension Fund.
