I. General provisions

1. A person with secondary vocational education under a training program for skilled workers is appointed to the position of housing and communal services plumber.

2. At least one year of practical work experience in the field of water supply and sanitation.

3. Additional requirements:

— passing mandatory preliminary (upon employment) and periodic medical examinations (examinations), as well as extraordinary medical examinations (examinations) in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Appointment to the position of housing and communal services plumber, as well as dismissal from it, is made by order of the head of the organization.

5. A housing and communal services plumber must know:

I. General provisions

1.1. This instruction regulates the work responsibilities of a plumber, his job rights, powers, and also defines those offenses and violations that may lead to disciplinary liability.

1.2. A plumber is a worker and reports directly to the head of the construction site.

1.3. The hiring and dismissal of a plumber occurs in the manner determined by the internal rules of the organization, and also only after the issuance of a separate order from the manager.

1.4. A person who has the following qualification conditions can be appointed as a plumber: education of at least secondary specialized education and work experience of at least two years.

1.5. In the absence of a plumber at the workplace, the responsibilities for the performance of his official functions are transferred to a person with sufficient qualifications and appointed by special order of the director;

1.6. The plumber must be familiar with the following documents:

  • legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of civil and labor law;
  • internal regulations of the organization, regulations, labor protection and safety rules;
  • orders, resolutions, instructions of the management of the enterprise relating to both him personally and the work of the company as a whole;

1.7. A plumber must possess:
