However, in order for the assignment of vehicles to drivers to be legitimate, it is necessary to formalize it in the proper manner by generating an order to assign the vehicle to an employee according to the established template.

    Assigning equipment to machine operators

    During the acceptance of new machines, they check: the presence of seals, the condition of the packaging, completeness, the availability of tools, spare parts according to the picking list and packing list. Elimination of identified faults during the warranty period in purchased and repaired machines must be carried out after drawing up the following reports:

    Within 24 hours, if disassembly of the main components is not required; within three days, if disassembly of the main components is required; within five days, if disassembly of basic parts is required;

    Within ten days, if for seasonal vehicles arriving during non-working periods. If the machine arrived at the farm in disassembled form, re-preservation and complete assembly are carried out in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer, after which, by order of the director, it is assigned to the machine operator and placed in storage.

    Each tractor, combine harvester or other self-propelled machine must have a passport, which is stored as a document of strict accountability. The passport indicates the date of receipt at the farm, inventory and state number, the name of the operator to whom the machine is assigned, information about complaints and inspection results. The chief accountant and the chief engineer of the farm are responsible for the correct maintenance of the passport. Machines of new designs arriving at an agricultural enterprise are put into operation after instruction or other preliminary training of machine operators.

    2.2 Organization of maintenance of tractors, cars, agricultural machines.

    Management of the technical condition of machines consists of a set of questions regarding the justification and frequency of types of maintenance and repair methods. When diagnosing, mating parts and the limiting state of their components are assessed. They determine the possibility of restoring the operability of both individual components and the machine as a whole, i.e., they ensure an extension of its service life before decommissioning.

    During operation of the machine, parts in the interfaces wear out, which leads to a deterioration in the technical condition during operation. To improve them, it is important to organize the management of the technical condition of the machine. The main requirements of this process include: technical and operational testing; rational technical and economic operation of maintenance and repairs (current and major); storage of equipment during periods of non-use.

    These requirements are met at repair and maintenance bases in accordance with regulatory and technical documentation and the availability of engineering personnel and workers with the required qualifications.

    The complexity of maintenance and repair is determined depending on the modification of the machine and its condition. The technical impact on it is manifested in planned seasonal activities with changing or constant compositions of work performed at certain times or at the request of farms. Maintenance and repairs are:

    according to need - as a result of refusal (the volume and content of work are unknown);

    according to the regulations - operating time in accordance with the time worked or work performed, the volume and content of which are known;

    according to the technical condition of the machine, determined as a result of diagnostics, the scope and content of the work are known and eliminated as necessary.

    Comprehensive maintenance and repair of machines is carried out taking into account their technical condition in order to maintain operational condition during operation, transportation and storage. The maintenance complex consists of washing and cleaning, control and diagnostic, lubrication and refueling, installation and dismantling, and running-in work on preservation and re-preservation of machines and their components for the entire storage period.

    Maintenance during the operation of tractors includes: shift, numbered (TO-1, TO-2, TO-3), seasonal spring-summer (VL) and autumn-winter (03). They are carried out with the aim of systematically monitoring the condition of agricultural machines.

    2.3 Organization of work on the storage of machines and agricultural equipment.

    A distinctive feature of the operation of machines operating in agriculture is short-term periodic and intensive use followed by long-term storage. As you know, grain harvesters operate from 10 to 30 days throughout the year, seeders are used for 10-20 days. After completion of work, the equipment is cleaned, washed, preserved and placed in long-term storage.

    The machine is accepted for storage by members of a specialized team under the guidance of a foreman and the head of the machine yard. They carry out control inspections of machines, and, if necessary, diagnostics. The machine is put into storage after all technological operations of conservation and sealing, painting, removal of components and parts that require storage are completed. Placement into storage is formalized by an acceptance certificate, according to which, after storage, the machine is removed from storage for its intended use. Work related to the storage of equipment is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and fire safety measures. These works are carried out by a specialized unit, which assembles new machines, completes, adjusts and repairs simple agricultural machinery. Depending on the labor intensity of the work performed, the number of workers in the specialized unit is determined, which may vary according to periods of the year. So, in a specialized unit there should be 2-3 repairmen for 20...25 tractors. Maintenance, repair and storage of equipment is carried out by an organized specialized RAPO service, taking into account the availability of a repair and operational base and the qualifications of specialized workers.

    The minimum area for storing equipment on farms is determined based on 1000 hectares of arable land: the production area of ​​the long-term storage sector is 3140 mA, of which 1670 m2 for closed premises and 1470 m2 for areas with hard surfaces. The area of ​​the vehicle storage sector is determined by the formula:
