If a client swears obscenely without addressing anyone, this will not be an insult to anyone present. And if the addressee is a specific employee present, he may regard this as an insult. Of course, it is also important what exactly the offender says/does.

Here it is rational to turn to sociological research. They identified the offending factors empirically. The following may be considered offensive:

  • all obscene or obscene expressions (usually swearing, swearing);
  • various comparisons - for example, with animals or objects;
  • unwanted, cynical touching;
  • obscene gestures;
  • movements that may result in clothing or part of it being torn off from the victim.

Individual

Collective

Everything related to the “internal code” is regulated exclusively by the rules established in the organization itself. Despite the fact that the Labor Code does not provide clear comments regarding the DP, the document has legal significance. The initiator of the drafting of the report can be a company employee, or the note can be drawn up at the request of management. In the OKUD classifier of management documents, the memorandum is assigned its own code - 0286041. The paper must accurately describe the existing problem, and since the document has legal significance, it should not contain spelling or legal errors.

Each company attracts third parties who act as its employees and perform their job duties. Often these individuals enter into relationships with other people, acting on behalf of the organization. Boorish behavior

Rudeness involves rude, insolent behavior or statements made by an employee. Most often, rudeness affects everyone around and is not directed at any person.

Usually, rudeness acts as an expression of the employee’s superiority over the people around him. Often this behavior can be found among colleagues who hide their incompetence.

When signing an employment agreement between an employee and the administration, he undertakes to fulfill the duties assigned to him by this document. But sometimes a situation arises when an employee refuses to perform these duties.

This right is given to him by labor legislation, but only in situations where the administration does not fulfill its obligations to pay wages, or for other valid reasons.

Individual

Collective

This type of information has a significant difference from other types of corporate documentation.
