    3. Request and receive documentation related to his area of ​​work and the area of ​​work of his subordinates.
    4. Interact with other services of the organization on production and other issues related to the performance of his professional duties.
    5. Receive information about planned projects of the head of the organization related to the activities of the Division.
    6. Submit for evaluation to management ideas for optimizing work related to mandatory actions dictated by the current Job Description.
    7. Provide ideas for the boss's assessment about bonuses for productive workers or penalties for specialists who do not comply with labor and production discipline.
    8. Report to management about all existing violations and negative features related to his field of activity.
    1. The Castellan is held liable for refusal to perform or improper performance of the required work specified in the current Job Description - within the boundaries stated by the labor legislation of Russia.
    2. The specialist is responsible for non-compliance with the provisions and rules defining the functioning of the organization and reflected in the organization’s charter.
    3. When changing a workplace or being removed from a position, the Castellan is responsible for the correct transfer of cases within the established time frame to the person accepting the specified position, and if the mentioned specialist is not there, to the person replacing him or his direct superior.
    4. The employee is responsible for violations committed during the performance of work actions described in the current Job Description - within the boundaries of administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Russia.
    5. The castellan is responsible for material losses caused through his fault - within the boundaries of labor and civil legislation of Russia.
    6. The specialist is responsible for performing the actions listed in section 3 of the current instructions, as well as for maintaining confidential data and trade secrets of the company.
    7. The castellan is responsible for the implementation of the organization's internal regulations, safety regulations and fire safety rules.
