Who should sign the document

Any order is always issued on behalf of the highest official of the enterprise - the director (or an employee temporarily performing his duties) - this is one of the key features of the document.

Regardless of who is specifically involved in the formation of the order - the head of one of the structural divisions, a lawyer, a secretary or someone else - this person is obliged to submit the finished order for signature to the main manager.

All other employees of the organization indicated in it must sign their autographs under the order. This means that they have read the document and agree to follow the instructions given in it.

Who appoints the responsible person?

The head in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 38 of the Fire Safety Law bears unconditional responsibility for compliance with fire safety measures. This means that no additional documentation is required.

In this case, the manager has the right to appoint a responsible person who will carry out work aimed at fire safety from any structural unit of the organization. His functional responsibilities at his main place of work may not be related to this area. The change occurs on the basis of the relevant order.

An additional amount of work can be performed within working hours in a part-time mode or in free time from the main job in a part-time manner. Further, by a separate order, each of them is assigned responsibility for labor protection in a particular area (department, structural unit) in one direction or another (fire, environmental, electrical safety, etc.). Deputies are included in the same order, who, if anything happens, must replace those responsible for security.
  3. An additional document regulating the duties, rights, and working conditions of those responsible for safety is their job description, which also needs to be developed and approved by management.
  4.
