Is it necessary that the entries in the journals be in chronological order corresponding to the date of hiring of employees? In fact, sometimes a situation arises when an employee undergoes instructions and accordingly signs in the specified journals later, not in the first 1-2 days of joining. But according to both legislative and local requirements, the employee must pass them before being allowed to work. Therefore, the log has to indicate the date of hire, despite the fact that the employee received training later. As a result, the chronology of records is violated. According to Art. 16 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, labor relations arise between an employee and an employer on the basis of a concluded employment contract.

According to Part 1 of Art. 61 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, an employment contract comes into force from the day it is signed by the employee and the employer, unless otherwise established by law or the employment contract.

Corrections in briefing logs are not allowed. At the same time, it is not prohibited to invalidate the entry and make a correct entry.

How to fill out occupational safety logs correctly (sample)?

The employer has the right, but is not obligated, to establish additional compensation and preferences for employees responsible for training. Next, the employer must develop instructions and standards for conducting occupational safety training for each position in the enterprise. In column 4, as I read and understand, it is necessary to indicate exactly the reason, and the reason follows from clause 4.2.33 - at least once a year (once every 3 years), I allow the use of periodic (in particular, for administrative technical staff is what I use), but the annual makes it clear that this personnel undergoes a knowledge test every year

Meanwhile, questions arise specifically about filling out column 4 - they said just write - confirmation. Indistinct. But I don't see the logic. The reason for confirmation is confirmation? What is the point if in column 5 next we write electrical safety group confirmed

Maybe someone has encountered this and can explain to me what, how and why?
