ATTENTION! If, by mistake or ignorance, you sent a payment to the details of the Federal Tax Service or Pension Fund, indicating the previous BCC, then the Federal Tax Service will automatically recode the information and include the payment in the card corresponding to the contribution (letter of the Federal Tax Service dated January 17, 2017 No. 3N-4-1 / [email protected] ). But we still recommend that if you find errors in your payments, you check with the tax authorities and find out whether all your payments have reached them.

Details for transferring contributions in 2020
In the current financial year, Social Insurance Fund details may be required in the following cases:
- Payment details for “injuries” have not changed in 2020.
- Calculations for 2020, if the organization has a debt for the previous period (identified during a desk audit, an error in the payment), we pay using the old details.
- Submission of reports submitted to Social Security.
- Receive reimbursement of insurance costs if your region is not included in the pilot project to directly finance these costs.
- Appeals to the Fund (complaints, clarifications, disagreements, etc.).
Until 2020, policyholders could transfer payments for compulsory social insurance in case of temporary disability and in connection with maternity (hereinafter referred to as VNIM) in the amount of the difference in calculated contributions and expenses incurred (benefits, sick leave).
In 2020, the authority to consider applications for refund of VNiM expenses was retained by the Social Insurance Fund, but the administrator of income for contributions to VNiM has changed. To pay only the difference, you must confirm the expenses with the Social Insurance Fund by filling out a refund application with supporting documents.
IMPORTANT!
In 2020, to offset expenses incurred, confirmation from the Social Insurance Fund is required. Representatives of the Fund will independently notify the Federal Tax Service of the decision of offset (confirmation) or refusal of offset (clause 9 of Article 431 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation).

What details are needed to pay the simplified tax system and where to find them
Entrepreneurs and organizations that use the “simplified” tax system make payments under the simplified tax system several times throughout the year. In accordance with accepted reporting periods (quarter, half-year and 9 months), upon completion of each quarter, advance payments are made within 25 days:
- until April 25 - for the first quarter;
- no later than July 25 - for half a year;
- October 25 is the payment date for 9 months of the current year.
There is no advance payment for the last quarter, since the tax period ends at the same time. In this regard, the taxpayer has the obligation to report and pay tax based on the results of work for the entire year. The deadlines established for the transfer of tax to the simplified tax system by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are: until March 31 and April 30, respectively.
Where can I get the details for transferring taxes?
The transfer of the single tax amount under the simplified tax scheme is made to the account of the territorial inspection of the Federal Tax Service, which is located at the place of activity of the enterprise or in the area of residence of the entrepreneur. Therefore, there are no common details for paying the simplified tax system for all.
You can clarify the payment details of your tax department by contacting the inspectorate directly, but it is easier to do this on the official portal of the Federal Tax Service. To do this, on the website of the tax department there is a service “Determining the details of the Federal Tax Service”, where you need to enter the code of your inspection. If you don’t remember its number, you need to select your region, district, or municipality name from the drop-down list.
Important advice for entrepreneurs: do not waste your time, even on simple routine tasks that can be delegated. Transfer them to the freelancers “Ispolnyu.ru”. Guarantee of quality work on time or refund.
Prices even for website development start from 500 rubles.
If you use specialized services for entrepreneurs, payment orders for paying under the simplified tax system are generated automatically, independently “loading” the necessary details.
How to fill out a tax form?
To transfer the advance payment and the simplified tax system, you will need the following details of the tax authority:
- payee (regional Federal Tax Service No.);
- INN/KPP of the tax authority;
- name of the local body of the federal treasury;
- BIC of the receiving bank;
- Account number.
The payment document also indicates:
- name of the taxpayer-legal entity, TIN, KPP in accordance with the registration certificate of the organization);
- for individual entrepreneurs – full name; address of residence, enclosed on both sides in a double slash (“//” sign);
- payment type – 0;ov
- KBK: for the simplified tax system with a rate of 6% on income - 182 1 05 01011 01 1000 110; for “simplified” 15% of income minus the amount of expenses - 182 1 0500 110; to pay the minimum tax 182 1 0500 110;
- taxpayer status: LLC – 01, individual entrepreneur – 09;
- basis of payment – TP (current year payments);
- tax period – calendar year (GD.00.2014);
- date of signing of the simplified tax system declaration.
Since the beginning of 2014, the Russian Ministry of Finance has made changes to the procedure for processing payment orders for transferring taxes and fees to the budget. When filling out the details for paying the simplified tax system in 2015, you must follow the rules approved by Order No. 107n dated November 12. 2013
In accordance with them, until the approval of new forms, it is necessary to indicate the OKTMO code (according to the classifier of municipal territories) in the “OKATO code” field. You can clarify the required code at the tax office or using the table of correspondence between OKTMO and OKATO codes. For municipalities it consists of 8 digits, for settlements - of 11.
From April 1, 2014, an additional field No. 22 called “code” appeared in payment documents. The details “UIN” are entered into it - a unique accrual identifier necessary for transferring payment information to the GIS GPM information system.
For legal entities and entrepreneurs who pay tax on their own based on a tax return submitted to the Federal Tax Service, a UIN is not generated (payments are identified based on the BCC).
Thus, when paying the simplified tax system, you must indicate “0” in the Code detail (field 22).
You can independently generate and print a “payment slip” to pay the simplified tax system by cashless means or through a bank branch on the Federal Tax Service website.

It will be enough to use the step-by-step instructions to submit a declaration to the tax authority and an application for a refund.
Submitting an application and tracking status
Taking into account Article 78 of the Tax Code, within 10 working days from the date of submission of the application, the tax authorities must make a decision on the application.
Having made a decision, it can be seen in the list (information on decisions) within 30 working days from the date of the decision, funds will be received using the specified details. This information is available for tracking at the bottom of the page: declaration in form 3-NDFL.
Information on solutions
Step-by-step return instructions.
Step 1 – the necessary transition to the LKN page on the official website of the tax office.
Personal account website
After clicking on the link, you must go through the authorization procedure.
There are two ways to do this:
- personal application to any service with an identification document or TIN (a copy will be sufficient). When contacting the tax authority at your place of residence, it will be enough to present your passport.
- If you have an account on the Internet portal “State Services”, which was confirmed in a special center, you can use it to access the tax website.
It is worth understanding that if the account is confirmed through Russian postal services (that is, the login and password were sent by mail), then in this case the record may be considered defective.
To obtain full access, you must personally contact the center to re-confirm your identity. Such a center can be found using the official link provided.
Do not forget the originals of your passport and SNILS. After completing the confirmation procedure, it becomes possible to log into your personal account using an already confirmed account.
Step 2
Get ES
In your personal account, the first thing you need to do is obtain a key certificate to verify your electronic signature. Only after this will access be opened for filing a tax deduction.
Using the received key, it will be possible to sign the transferred set of documents. So, to receive a certificate you will need to log into your profile.
Step 3
Then you need to click on receive an electronic signature verification key certificate.
Obtaining an electronic signature certificate
Step 4
By going to the key generation page, you need to choose one method for yourself. The picture shows two options.
Determining how to obtain the key
- Storing the electronic signature key on your workstation;
- storage of the electronic signature key in the protected system of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
Step 5
According to the recommendations of experts, it is best to opt for the second option, since the implementation of the first option is more complicated and is not necessary for individuals.
Formation request
Step 6
At this stage, we check the entered information with special attention. Having made sure that the filled lines are correct, we proceed to generating a password in accordance with the requirements.
Checking the entered data
Step 7
The signature will be generated for some time, about 20 minutes, after which you will need to refresh the page. If the steps are completed correctly, a green checkmark will appear on the page, which is an undoubted confirmation of a correctly formed signature that can be used in your work.

Have other details changed for injury insurance contributions?
In instructions to the bank for the transfer of funds for budget payments, the company indicates not only the recipient, but also other details. These include:
- payer status;
- KBK;
- OKTMO;
- the period for which funds are deposited.
And if the OKTMO code (the municipal territory in which the company operates) changes quite rarely, then legislators constantly revise the BCC.
KBC on contributions for injuries for 2020
The budget classification codes in force in 2020 were approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance dated June 6, 2019 No. 86n (as amended on September 17, 2019).
For the Social Insurance Fund for contributions for injuries for 2020, the KBK details remain the same:
- BCC for contributions 39310202050071000160;
- code for penalties 39310202050072100160;
- for fines, KBK 39310202050073000160 is applied.
The payer status in 2020 also does not change - payers of contributions for employees must indicate code “08” in field 101 of the payment.
All about the receipt in form PD-4 for paying taxes
Today we have one simple but very important question - how to generate a tax receipt online and how to pay it easier.
This knowledge is as old as time and primitive, but the constantly growing ranks of growing taxpayers can ask such questions.
Concepts
A tax payment receipt is, as a rule, a payment document of a standardized form in the PD-4 format.
This is a unified banking form for payment by individuals and legal entities of government fees: taxes, duties, fines, penalties, etc. A sample payment document was approved back in 2007 by the Ministry of Taxes and Sberbank of Russia in a simple and accessible form.
And it is still widely used due to outdated methods of mutual settlements - relatively speaking, the taxpayer goes to the bank with a receipt in the old fashioned way, stands in line and makes a payment in cash.
But now, in some cases, the Federal Tax Service generates a receipt for tax payment in electronic form and sends it to the taxpayer.
Most often, tax receipts are sent by the tax office via mailboxes in paper form to the address of taxpayers using Russian Post. But due to the work of the Russian Post, sometimes they do not arrive. Therefore, quite often there is a need to “get” it on your own.
You can do this in 3 ways:
- to a Sberbank branch (ask for form PD-4)
- to the Federal Tax Service department
- online at nalog.ru
Read more about obtaining information about the amount of your debt to the Federal Tax Service here.
In the first case, you will be given a blank form, without data. You will have to fill it out yourself, and to do this you need to know the specific amount of the calculated tax. The second and third options solve this problem - you will be given an already generated tax receipt with up-to-date data. You just pay and that’s it.
You can pay in several ways:
- to a branch of Sberbank (or another bank)
- online ways
What data to fill in
So what does the receipt look like?
The receipt contains a certain amount of personal data and certain bank details that you need to know to fill out the PD-4 form.
Let's list them in the order in which they appear:
- name of the payment recipient - Federal Treasury Department for the city________
- Checkpoint - 9-digit installation code
- TIN – individual taxpayer number of 10 digits
- abbreviated name of the tax authority - Federal Tax Service No._ for the city________
- OKTMO code – code according to the all-Russian classifier of municipal territories of 8 or 10 digits
- payee's account number – 20 digits
- name of the payee's bank - Bank of Russia, etc.
- BIC – 9-digit bank identification code
- name of payment – Land tax, etc.
- KBK – 20-digit budget classification code (refers to a specific tax)
- Full name of the payer – your full name
- payer's address - zip code, city, street, number
- Payer INN – individual taxpayer number of 12 digits
- Corr./invoice – not required to be filled out
- Payer’s personal number – not required to be filled in
- Payer status – not required to be filled in; if necessary, enter the number 13
- payment amount – tax amount
- payer's signature
- date
READ > Statement to the police
All that remains is to find out the details of the payment recipient and you can do this on the website of the Federal Tax Service at https://service.nalog.ru/addrno.do
When filling out the KBK number line, it should be noted that it is individual depending on the type of tax, so when filling out a receipt for tax payment, always clarify this point.
You can also find out the details directly from the tax office, which are located there on the information stands. It is worth noting separately that the details differ depending on the type of tax itself and on the administrative entity in which the taxable object is located. That is, where your property, business, etc. is registered.
But whatever one may say in the age of the Internet, the easiest and most convenient way to get the necessary payment data remains the online method that we mentioned above.
Let's go back and describe it in more detail.
How to find out the details for filling out a payment receipt on the nalog.ru website:
- go to the website at https://service.nalog.ru/addrno.do
- select the type of taxpayer, enter the address, tax code and click “Next”
- The required details of the Federal Tax Service will be immediately generated in front of you at this address.
- you can choose - fill out a payment order, or pay taxes for individuals, or pay state duty for individual entrepreneurs or legal entities
Upon completion of the search for details for filling out a tax payment receipt, the following information will be available to you:
- Details of the Federal Tax Service
- Payment details
- Details of the registration authority entrusted with the functions of registering individual entrepreneurs
- Details of the registration authority entrusted with the functions of registering legal entities
Through Sberbank branches
We won’t tell you how to get a receipt from Sberbank - ask the operator for form PD-4 or for paying taxes, they will give it to you. It’s better to tell us about the payment rules.
To pay a receipt at Sberbank, you will need:
- take notice-receipt PD-4 from Sberbank or download
- find out the payment details for filling out the receipt (we described how to find out the details above in the article)
- fill it out in accordance with the names of the fields (the details are described above in the article, if something is not clear about a specific item)
- With a completed payment slip, please contact any Sberbank branch for payment.
- After payment, the bank employee will give you your receipt and payment receipt (keep it, as this is proof that your tax has been paid)
One of the main points of paying tax fees through a Sberbank branch is that payment amounts exceeding 15,000 rubles require identification confirmation.
For citizens of the Russian Federation, a passport is required; for foreign citizens, non-residents of the Russian Federation, registration documents must be presented along with the passport.
This method is more time-consuming, since in addition to the fact that you need to find out the details via the Internet, fill out a receipt yourself by hand, you also need to go to the bank and stand in line. But if you know the payment details and you do not have free access to the Internet, then this method will definitely suit you.
