Legal basis for activities in the provision of communication services
Law came into force , establishing the legal framework for activities in the field of communications on the territory of the Russian Federation, one of the main goals of which is to protect the interests of users of communication services and organizations operating in the field of communications. In the future, users of communication services will be called subscribers, and organizations providing these services will be called telecom operators.
