In what cases is it issued?

The document must be completed in the following cases:

• slaughter of animals of any of the accounting groups (this can be young animals, fattening heads or from the main herd);
• cutting of poultry or animals for any purpose (it must be forced);
• case for various reasons;
• death from natural disasters.

If these processes have not actually taken place, then the paper cannot be completed.

Important!

To carry out the usual culling of animals from the main herd (for fattening, sale, etc.) without trimming, another document is drawn up - an act of culling animals from the main herd.

The specificity of livestock breeding and meat and dairy cattle breeding is that each animal must have its own identification number (in extreme cases, the number of the pen in which the animal is kept). Each bird must also be assigned a number to be able to draw up full reporting.

What is contained in the act form

The paper consists of an introductory part, which must include information about the name of the organization, the name of the farm or plot, the sender or recipient, the OKUD and OKPO form, the date of preparation and signature.

Important! The date of actual disposal and the date of drawing up the act must be identical.

After the introductory part there is a table. Each column contains its own information:

• a group of animals or a bird species;
• breed, inventory number, if any, the name of the animal;
• age;
• fatness;
• total number of heads (or pieces);
• accounting code (the column is filled in by the accountant);
• reason for departure;
• diagnosis (in case of death);
• Full name of the employee responsible for the animal;
• signature of the financially responsible person.

The lines are filled in sequentially, without gaps. If, after filling out the document, there are still unfilled columns in the table, they are crossed out.

At the end of the paper, one or more acts of culling animals from the main herd may be mentioned (if such work was carried out). These papers are attached to the act and supplement it.

After filling out the paper, signatures of the veterinarian, farm manager and livestock specialist are required.

If the disposal of pigs is formalized, the shepherd will supplement the list. If it’s cattle, then it’s a herder. In any case, the person responsible for keeping the animal must sign.

What does the document consist of?

The paper contains a reference to Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia No. 68 of September 29, 1997. It was he who approved standard intersectoral forms. However, since 2013, all of them have become only a recommendatory basis for further actions of organizations. All changes that are made must be approved in the constituent documents of the company.

Below the report title there is space for filling in the dates of the period. The paper is filled out monthly. It can be filled out both electronically and in paper form. Next to the OKUD form (0325051) there is also a window for indicating the number. You also need to fill it out.

The “header” should also include:

• full name of the organization;
• name of the department (or departments);
• farm name;
• the team for which the report is being compiled.

Is this type of sample required?

The old version of the paper also indicated the disposal address of the animal. Then this document was also relevant during culling and transportation. Information was provided about the addresses of the consignee in case of sale or burial grounds when disposing of sick animals. But now, according to new legislative acts and orders, the document has lost its former specificity and is now used for a narrower purpose.

Also, since 2013, Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 402 came into force, according to which all forms of primary documents, in particular in the field of accounting in agriculture, are not mandatory, but only advisory forms.

However, if a company wants to use documents compiled by itself, then their origin must be mentioned in the documents and accounting policies of the institution.

In addition, the generally accepted form is quite convenient and will not raise questions from regulatory organizations in the event of inspections.

How is fatness determined?

The veterinarian present at the commission must determine the degree of fatness of the retired animal or bird. He can carry out both visual inspection and palpation (for example, the ischial tuberosities, the last ribs, the dewlap of a cow, etc.). The degree of fatness of cattle can be:

• highest;
• average;
• below average;
• skinny.

It happens that special tools are used in the determination process. This is not forbidden. If it is impossible to determine this item, you can delete the entire column. Naturally, with changes in the company’s accounting policies with justification.

Where does the act go after filling out?

If all members of the commission agree with the contents of the act and put their signatures on it, then the paper is sent (necessarily on the same day) to the farm management for consideration. Then, when the document is certified by management, it is transferred to the accounting department. There, based on the information received, account entries are compiled.

If the disposal of an animal does not occur as planned, but due to the negligence or other violation of an employee, then this act is also drawn up.

Then, on its basis, the accountant revaluates the retired poultry or livestock to the market price and enters the cost into the employee’s account and collects this amount from him legally.

Livestock productivity directly depends on the quality of feed. The strength of the feed supply is determined by the overall production of feed and its quality. Both indicators have the same impact on the efficiency of livestock farming, being key factors in modern feed production.

Based on nutritional value, feed can be divided into concentrated and bulk. It is also practiced to divide into succulent, roughage, concentrated, animal feed, mineral and vitamin supplements.

Juicy food is the most complete biologically. They are high in proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and nutrients. Juicy foods include green food: alfalfa, clover, sainfoin, nettle, lager, knotweed and various mixtures of herbs. Roughage is high in fibre, low in calories and contains little protein.

This is especially true for straw, chaff, chaff, and twig food. These feeds are absolutely indispensable for ruminant animals; without them, digestive processes cannot proceed normally. Rough feed - hay, straw and chaff.

The rules and procedure for accepting roughage and succulent feed are determined by the Instruction regulating the accounting of products and materials in agricultural enterprises, approved by the USSR Ministry of Agriculture on July 15, 1980 No. 269-1.

If it is not possible to weigh the prepared feed, the head of the enterprise must appoint a special commission, which should include:

• agronomist;
• livestock specialist;
• the site manager or foreman who directly supervised stacking, heaping and silage.

The commission must check the quality of the stacking, determine the volume and weight of the prepared feed. According to the instructions, the mass is determined based on the results of volumetric measurements of stacks (stacks), piles, trenches and silos, haylage structures and the actual mass of 1 cubic meter. m of roughage and succulent feed. The mass of products is determined by multiplying the volume of the stack by the mass of 1 cubic meter of feed.

If it is impossible to weigh roughage, use reference data, from which you can find out the approximate weight of 1 cubic meter, taking into account the height of the stack, the time elapsed from the moment of laying, and the type of grass from which hay (straw) is obtained.

Reception, transfer for safekeeping and accounting of harvested roughage and succulent feed are documented in an act. The acceptance certificate in two copies is drawn up by a special commission for each type of prepared roughage and succulent feed separately. The act must be accompanied by a diagram of the plots indicating the locations and numbers of stacks, stacks, trenches, piles and vegetable storages. Objects accepted by the commission (stacks, stacks, trenches, piles, etc.) are assigned to farms and transferred to farm managers or other financially responsible employees under their personal responsibility.

The first copy of the document must be submitted to the accounting department, where, based on the information from the act, the stacked or ensiled feed will be recorded. The second copy of the act, including the layout of stacks, stacks, etc., is handed over to the forager or employee who accepted the feed for safekeeping. What documents can it be attached to?

Usually, as a result of the slaughter or other disposal of animals and poultry, some products are obtained that are suitable for further use and have value (for example, feathers, meat products).

If it arrives at the warehouse of the same company where the process took place, then the storekeeper signs an invoice stating that the material assets have arrived to him. This invoice must be attached to the act of disposal of animals (in the attached sample it is located on the second sheet).

The act must be drawn up in at least 2 copies.

How many copies are needed?

The report must be completed in at least 2 identical copies. One remains at the place of origin. And the second, when the reporting 20 working days (month) expire, is necessarily sent to the accounting department for further entry into the appropriate registers.

Moreover, papers are filled out separately for:

• different types of animals;
• heterogeneous livestock or poultry;
• different in age: sexually mature cattle and young animals of different ages are not “combined” in any way in one signed document, since adult cattle or poultry of the main herd belong to fixed assets, while incompletely formed individuals belong to the category of animals for growing and fattening.
